- Experiential Team Building Exercises in which team members are put in unusual situations and have to communicate, sort out roles, support one another and pull together in order to be successful.
- Personal Styles Awareness Sessions in which team members look in-depth at their different personal styles and assess both individual and team strengths and developmental challenges.
- Team Issue Resolution Workshops in which teams that are in conflict or simply not working together engage in a process of self-reflection, strength building and removing of barriers to team development and high performance.
